Buyer Beware! So I can only assume East Coast POS must either be having financial problems or the owner is just plain greedy after my experience today. My waiter calls to tell me the program isn't working. I'm visiting my mother in New Glasgow so I log into the system from her computer. It won't start up and displays a message "grinding and a code 2014 with a few more numbers". I don't recall the exact code. I tried a few things but I couldn't fix it so I called East Coast POS for service. I was told they could log in and fix it. Coincidentally, my brother comes to visit my mother as well. It's coincidental because he also has a restaurant and an Aloha system from ECPOS. As I was logged in from her computer, he is able to see mine and tells me he had the exact same thing happen to his computer, with the same code, on the same day. WOW, amazing that that would happen. Or perhaps, a more likely scenario, is that ECPOS sent out a virus, to their customers, who already spent thousan
