Horizons Learning Centres

Description

Heading toward their eighth year, Horizons Learning Centres provides adult education, delivering accredited high school education to mature students. Classes are government funded and free, students only pay a $30 registration fee. Students can complete their Senior 4 (grade 12) Mature Student Diploma or upgrade if they are missing a required high school course to get into a university program. Winnipeg Technical College is Horizons' educational partner, providing advanced learning opportunities.
