Kids Kingdom

I will never return there, worst customer service I've ever gotten in my life, the owner refused to let me bring in my fairly expensive stroller and car seat (I had no choice, no parking so had to park on the street and had 3 kids under 6 with me, one of them a newborn). Apparently the problem is the mud tracked in on the stroller wheels would get his floors dirty and unfit for babies to crawl on. I offered to Lysol wipe the wheels but he refused and said he can't help me. He also rudely made a point that he owns a $2000 stroller and he would leave his stroller unattended, insinuating that no one will want to take my "cheap" $500 stroller. I took my business (and my cheap stroller) to Funhaven where they were more than happy to serve me.
