Stittsville Trailer & Auto Sales Inc

On May 15th of 2013, at 08:30 AM I have brought my car (Volvo XC70 T6 2012) to the Stittsville Trailers (1634 Stittsville Main Street PO Box 73, Stittsville, ON K2S 1A2) for the scheduled installation of the hitch. When I came to pick up my car on May 15th of 2013 at 17:15 I immediately noticed that driver's side passenger door had a significant dent that did not exist at the time when the car was left for the installation of the hitch. Further inspection indicated that tan interior leather door panels, tan leather door handle, tan leather seating surface of the driver's chair and tan leather surface of the steering wheel were significantly stained with greasy black substance. When I have approached Stittsville Trailers staff indicating that not only my car sustained damage while in their custody but also is covered in filth, my comments were rudely dismissed and in a rude form I was suggested to leave at once. In my opinion - this is not acceptable.
