I was told the truck had arrived but unfortunately my shirts were not on the truck. I had to have them that night as my husband was leaving again first thing in the morning. I had to wait for the Lady to call around and find the shirts. It turns out they never even left the Dry Cleaning Depot. By this time it was 7:15pm and I had to make it to the west End of Edmonton to the Depot to pick up my Shirts by 8:00pm. I made it with three minutes to spare and got my shirts. I was told I didn’t have to pay and that they were so sorry for the inconvenience. To my surprise I get a call on my cell phone two weeks later saying that the lady at the West End Depot was mistaken and that I must come back immediately and clear up my FULL bill. I tried explaining to the lady on the phone what happened and she said to me “Honey, nothing in life is free. Please come back and clear up you bill or we will be forced to take ACTION”. So I am not sure what her implied “Action” is but what a terrible way to treat your customer.
