Spa Eastman, a pioneer in destination spa vacations since 1977, offers a complete menu of spa treatments combined with a comprehensive program of relaxation techniques, fitness and nutrition all geared to do wonders for both body and soul. Fitness classes held in our spacious and airy Barn Studio, La Verrière, are offered everyday and include pilates, cardio-kick boxing, yoga, Chi-Kung and much more. Our main pavilion is housed in a magnificent wood building with luxury rooms, treatment facilities, a dazzling indoor pool, a modern gym, and a delightfull dining room overlooking our magnificent pond and the Majestic Mont Orford. Seven other pavilions make up this small village retreat with its 46 rooms uniquely situated on 326 acres of forests, rivers, streams, and glades criss-crossed by 15 kilometres of groomed ski and hiking trails. All this within a vacation designed for relaxation and well-being in a cozy French atmosphere.
