Restaurant Cambodiana

Placed an order for delivery and the phone had to be passed to 3+ people before some one capable of speaking english or french and capable of taking our order was located. It took 2 hrs for our food to arrive. When I called the restaurant back and said it had been almost 2hrs and our food wasn't here they said the delivery guy had left an hour and a half ago and had no idea where he was or why he hadn't arrived yet. 20 minutes after I got off the phone the delivery guy arrived and had no explanation of why it had taken so long. Once I opened the bag I realized the order was incorrect. When I called back I was once again passed between multiple people before someone capable of speaking english/french was located and he was more interested in getting rid of me than correcting or apologizing for the mistake in my order. Once I actually sat down to eat I discovered that everything but my soup (which was the wrong kind) looked and tasted less than fresh and in some cases tasted as if it had begun to spoil.
