I was recently as Westgate books, and had a really good experience there. I brought some books, to trade in for credit, and they didn't accept very many of my books. But the man working there took the time to explain to me why they couldn't accept most of my books. For example, he said they didn't tend to accept hardcover books, because they didn't sell very well. I felt that he took time to explain things really well to me, and went above and beyond what I expected him to do. Next time I go there, I will now know what types and kinds of books to bring in, in order to get the most credit. I will be sure to come back.
