Lori's Country Cottage

After working in the customer service industry for years, I can honestly say I have never received such terrible service. I registered for a beginners quilting course and then changed my mind on the course the very next day. I called as soon as I came to the realization, quilting and having a 3 month old might be impractical for me at the moment. Lori the owner was completely rude and would not refund my money, give me a store credit or let me use it towards a course in the future. WOW, is all I can say. Hope the 90 dollar course fee was worth all of the business I am NOT going to give her in the future. Stay away and find your quilting needs elsewhere, this owner is completely ridiculous and has the worst people skills of anyone I have ever encountered.
