May 2007 the Law society of Upper Canada issued a new regulation that paralegals should be licensed.
The main target of this new regulation was to provide to the community with a group of paralegals who are capable of serving the public with an utmost professional conduct of behaviour. A test was held for the first time January 2008 and our paralegals passed that test to be part of the many professionals who are capable of fulfilling the target of the Law society of Upper Canada. For some years, we worked under the supervision of many respectful law firms and lawyer. When we felt that we had the experience, the knowledge and now the license to serve the public we started our office as DYL paralegal Services Small claim court, land lord and tenant disputes, Pardons and US entry waivers are the areas of practice of our office. Applying for any of our areas of practice mentioned above on your own can be a difficult, tedious, and time-consuming process.
