Very negative experience. The product was picked up by my partner wrapped and damaged but unfortunately we did not notice the small rip by the zipper until the plastic was taken off and thrown away. When we noticed it we had to take it back ourselves (we live an hour away) and a refund was refused due to scuff marks on it. The scuff marks likely wouldn't have been there had it not been damaged to begin with and had we not had to transport it as much as we did. We had to email to ask if the product was repaired and were told it was and that we weren't notified because we told them we didn't know when we would be back in town. I'm very disappointed and regret choosing this company.
