Abibaba

We were delivered a severely damaged ATV, that we purchased for our sons birthday, we have contacted Abibaba on many occasions to send us an undamaged replacement and pick up their damaged ATV, they have been extremely uncooperative and unprofessional! Giving us a complete run around for over two weeks now and still no resolution. The ATV arrived not only with external damage but upon assembling, we discovered a severely damaged gas tank and engine cover, we can not start nor drive this ATV to see if there is even more internal damage. We have not even received an apology and they have only offered to send new parts but not shipping! Who is going to pay the shipping and installing the parts? not to mention my son not being able to enjoy his birthday gift, for who knows how long...This is the absolute worst resolution, costumer service and professionalism I have ever encountered! My suggestion, Stay Away from Abibaba Wholesale ATVs!!!
