Had a bad experience with him, as store owner agreed to pick up the used appliance, but he never did. After he got his money by selling his appliance, he will not care about you. It's sad and yet frustrated. I have to move the old appliance from the second floor to the street all myself. Sigh.... I rather pay a little more for the owner stay true to their words.
