Called for information on pricing of curb rash repair on wheels. Spoke to someone in the morning who was very pleasant and she indicated she would have someone call me back later. Later when the gentleman called (Andrew I think) he was extremely rude on the phone. I started to ask a question that would ultimately have led to what would the repair look like and whether they needed to remove the tire etc...., but before I could get past the first couple words I was rudely cut off and told basically that I shouldn't be asking questions of what or how they would do things and that he wasn't going to answer those questions. I was totally taken off guard by this. As a customer I should be able to ask questions regarding what they are about to do. Good thing he's not an actual Dr. because I certainly wouldn't agree to surgery without knowing that was going to happen!!! Not worth my time doing business with someone who can't answer a simple question ....but I"ll post about the experience
