The reception is very rude. My 90 years old grandpa isn't feeling well and couldn't make it for his appointment, which I been calling constantly since 9am(their opening time) and it was all busy tone. By the time it got through the reception had bad attitude and asked why we did't call earlier. At the end charged us $50 dollars for nothing and hanged up. Very upset with this clinic.
