Acknowledging western history and the role of that Alberta icon, the cowboy, Bower Place proudly showcases a public art display of murals, sculptures and mobiles. These famous collections of whimsical bronze-like sculptures are displayed throughout the shopping centre and echo a visual narration of Red Deer's days gone by.

Shopping Mall has a good atmosphere, excellent selection of stores including several big well known ones such as Sears, Zellers and Toys R US, plus a large food court with wide variety of food choices, great washroom facilities which are always clean, and a cozy seating area in the center around a fireplace.
