We ordered $7,000.00 worth of custom blinds for our house. All were to be the same style except the master bedroom which was to be a blackout blind. When Owen came to install them the bedroom was a normal blind. Owen apologized and said he would order the correct blind asap. As Owen was also doing a kitchen reno for us as through his other companyLi fetime Basements & Renovations, (see that review also), we had no qualms when it did not happen at first. I would text Owen every couple of weeks to see where the blind was & he had excuse after excuse as to why he could not install it. He eventually quit responding all together. I tried sending an email to Jayse explaining our dissapointment hoping Linda would prove to be more professional. I guess not. No response. Definitely a buyer beware company.
