i did rent from this woman and i agree with this person , but if you do rent from her keep a copy of all payments you make and a record of any paperwork and contact you have with her , her handyman came to fix the fire alarm and instead of fixing cut the wires so we did not have one for 11months then when we found out she said we had done it not him, why would we but our lives at any risk. the leak in the bath room was never fixed, we got rid of mice in the house not her handyman and we could not use the back garden due to being bittern alive by the mosquitoes the standing water under the deck, we did get rid of most of them 3 months on at the end of the summer.
