Good facilities, security and service! But very disappointing management. I have sent two emails to management, given almost 2 weeks response time which is very reasonable on my part with no reply. They reply quickly to Pre sales support but not after. October 14/2016 - I rented two units 10x20, the lady that helped me was excellent. She was new but I think she did a great job and was very helpful. 5* October 15/2016 - I started moving some commercial fixtures into the units I rented, ended up only using one unit. I am human, I miscalculated how much space I needed for the movers. In situations like these, it is better to have more storage necessary than not enough. I hope people can see from my perspective here. Same lady that helped me on Friday, again was very courteous and helpful. I asked to see if I could move the time of one of the empty units I am not using, to the one I am using. She called Robyn, the answer was no, I didn't get the full details, no worries, I will email Robyn for clarifica
