Doug leaves you hanging when he says he will service your RV. He tells you he'll look at the problem within the next two days, however you don't hear from him. You call him and makes you feel like you're interrupting him, as he's agitated when he needs to answer the phone while he's working in the back. He lacks customer service skills at times, but does get the job done.
