I had THE WORST experience with TotemTravel, dealing with Angie. My partner was unable to join me on our all-inclusive Baja Mexico vacation so I contacted Angie with many months of advanced warning looking for options & she quickly told me theres NOTHING she could do, refused to contact Sunwing Vacations for me or give me any details who to contact & that I will be charged MORE FEES for cancelling his half!! Which was all untrue. When I showed up to the resort solo I was told by the resort staff that I would be refunded for my partners half since he infact did not arrive with me. So, I contacted Sunwing Vacations when I got back and they said all I had to do was ask Angie to contact them prior to the trip for my entitled refund! The refund I was entitled to was nearly $600 CAD. On top of that, Angie not only chose to not do her basic travel agent job, she got personal and contacted my friend getting married CRYING to "warn her" about inviting me and I will be a "difficult guest."
