If there are only 5 stars available for rating then giving those to any person or business has to mean something nearly beyond reproach. Few, if any, ever achieve that kind of perfection. 4 stars for this branch in Fort St. John is well deserved, especially so for the manager, who really does bend over backwards to work with a customer, to the satisfaction of both. That is to say, at least with us he did that. But we are nothing special, so one can assume he treats all customers as well as he did us.
