Richard has successfully conducted trials and appeals in Alberta and Manitoba involving complex and catastrophic injuries. Dana C. Neilson is a highly experienced trial lawyer with over 20 years experience handling personal injury claims throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Throughout her career, Dana has acted for injured individuals or for the families of those fatally injured. She has developed an extensive network of experts and professionals in Alberta and British Columbia to assist her clients and maximize the value of their claims. Cary J. M. Rodin has 19 years experience gained from his work in private litigation practice and recently as Assistant Chief Crown Prosecutor.
