Novo Pizzeria & Wine Bar located in Vancouver's trendy beach neighbourhood of Kitsilano. Serving authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza made with fresh ingredients and baked for 90 seconds in the 900 degree wood-fired oven (forno). Don't feel like pizza, try our house-made pasta's that come directly from Nonna's kitchen recipes. Using the traditions of Italy and brought to the locals of Vancouver - buon appetito!

what do you expect in a pie? great flavors from awesome toppings. you need to check out one of the many incendio's pizza joints. they are full of flavor and ever so thin crust. you pay a bit more but there is no comparison to the chain store. when you want to have a great pie look no further. done right in a fire wood oven. go for one of the classics you will not be disappointed.
