For over 15 years, beginning with buying used all-in-one blue iMacs for my grandchildren, I have taken all my Mac problems and requirements to Andy. He knows Macs inside and out and, as a privateer, does not charge Apple’s prices. He believes that computers and their attendant universe of monitors, keyboards, drives etc. etc can often be fixed rather than replaced. Last year Bluetooth quit on my fairly elderly Mac Mini. Apple offered to replace the board but that board also serves wi-fi and the job was $165. Andy suggested a Bluetooth USB dongle. $20. A Perfect Fix. So simple. Two weeks ago the Mini had a software meltdown. Blocks of black on the screen, amazing awful lockups. Took it to Andy. He worked his magic so quickly that he did that one on the house. And, to top it off, gave me advice about hanging onto the Mini because, 6 years in, it is still more than servicable. It is virtually high end. Honest, quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough.
