Grouse Mountain The Peak Of Vancouver

The Observatory at Grouse Moutain is a spectacular place to go no matter what the season is, if your like to see the city lights on a clear night or a snowy lane in the winter its a great place for a date and the dining isn't bad as well. This restaurant isn't only reservation base but you should just to be on the safe side also when making prior reservations you get a few lift up the gondola and your ride back is free. For an appy I had the venison loin which was a great starter to the meal the walnut gnocchi was nice and sweet and the main course the fraser valley duck. The plate size weren;t to big, I know my fiance feels the sizes could be larger and for the price maybe so but The Observatory you are paying for serving experience, the atmosphere as well as the dining, appies are in the mid teens and dinner is in the forties. I know when I go out to eat it isn't always about the price and the size its about enoying something you would never cook at home and in this case I was not disappointed
