Sunshine Lodge

~I did some work at the Sunshine Lodge Inn, in Gibson's BC... Beautiful work, to be exact. I built the pool storage shed. As with most carpentry projects, it went over budget mostly due to the fact that the owner, Justin Lee, kept asking for additional things to done to the structure; over and above the original quoted price. The owner agreed before the work was done, to pay for these extras. In the end, he did not. My extra materials bill, that I personally put on my account at the local building supply, ended up being $1000.00 over budget. My labour, after spending nearly a full week extra on the job, ended up being over budget more than another $1000.00. This has not been paid to this day. It has been over 3 years, so after some frustration and serious contemplation; this is my on going remedy. Justin, pay me my money.
