Uniglass plus

My boyfriend took his car in there to get his passenger window fixed. After 2 days of them not doing anything they called and said he's missing clips to hold the window and said that they don't carry them and we gotta buy them ourselves. We said ok wierd but we want it fixed and he said it'll be 130$ all together and kept the car in the shop for a week and said bring the clips and ill get it done. Well now we called to let him know that we ordered the parts and it'll be in a week So he wants us to pay 100$ for basically the car parked there Although he said its ok ill just keep it in the shop for a whole week! We wanted to take the car back but he said just look for the clips and ill do it the second you bring it back I am so pissed and will never go back there or recommend it to any of my friends or family ! Ever!
