Used to be a wonderful Vet Clinic and was told by many friends to go here when we got our dog 7 years ago. However recently it has been one bad experience after another. During a Spring visit Dr. Wood rushed the appointment and basically told me that if I cared about my pet I would spend tons of money on surgery to remove a wart. Rushed out and questions were not answered. Found out that I could actually decrease the size of the wart with using Vitamin E from a friend. called the vet to let them know of my displeasure and was told I could see another vet for free, however when we went in we were billed for the visit. Was told then that I waited to long to come back. Charged the wrong price for items and clerk couldn't fix the bill, went in later and the clerk couldn't even give me a copy of my account . We were given a quote for teeth surgery that was plainly outrageous and after calling around I found the same surgery to be about half the price.
