West End Veterinary Clinic

I have used the West End Veterinary Clinic for over 12 years and have taken my dog there since she was a pup. The service and professional conduct in this clinic had substantially deteriorated over the past years and as a result of the most recent event have taken my dog to another clinic. On May 2018 I took my dog to the West End Veterinary Clinic for an examination. I was appalled with the unethical treatment of my pet as well as with the substandard and extremely unprofessional operation of the clinic. I was not consulted before having my dog sedated, she was given an incorrect diagnosis. They attempted to sell and charge me for medication that she did not require. When I questioned the Veterinarian about the sedation she commented my pet was only given something to help her relax.
