Washer started having problems 37 days after purchasing. 3 technician visits, 1 no show, 1 bad repair that caused more damage later, its been 7 weeks now onto 2 months and I still have a broken washer. 12+ calls to Transglobal and Brick Central City dealing with many levels and getting nowhere. They will not refund extended warranty or reimburse laundromat costs (which salesman said they will). Showed up to my house with a used/scratched/wet washer and said that's all I'll be getting, though verbal contract was for a new one. Sent them back with it. Verydissatisfied!!!
