Fusion Beauty Skin & Nails

Visited Fusion nails at the Guildford. Had a scheduled appointment. There was a young boy at the reception who did not greet us and us kept us waiting till staff were available, with no communication of how long it would take, explanation or apology for the delay. The doors were ajar with no air conditioning. Staff seemed to be debating whether the air conditioning should be switched on or not without thought on what's best for customers. The pedicure was done by a pregnant staffer. I could smell the nail varnish in the air and it made me uncomfortable about how safe this environment was for her inhaling this all day. She did not speak English which is a disadvantage to the customer since she could not understand or chose not to understand direction. We tried communicating through another colleague but at what she thought was the end of the procedure, she walked away from her work station and that was the end as far as she was concerned. I will not be going back there.
