Potential landlords looking for a rental management company please avoid this company. There was a huge mismanagement of my rental unit, through which I had found complete lack of care, and complacency. During the rental, for my unit the tenants made a mess which I had to discover myself. Their so called quarter/six month checks were non existent. Mr. Erickson was to look issues, and lied in report. Following tenant vacating, I was left with a huge cleanup and repair bill. Basically, they purposely delayed sending me the inspection report, I could not obtain my keys back, therefore in no timeframe to be able to see the delayed report for which there was only 2 weeks to remedy concerns. I kept being informed after the fact and their communication channels via phone email resulted in being past that time! Ms. Carrie La Roue handled the case, was vindictive, and argumentative, and on the phone she started quoting the tenancy act and other jargon in an attempt to patronise me. Beware.
