I took my son and yesterday August 5th 2019. He had a laceration on his toe and his foot was swollen he had dropped a 2 by 8 on it. His foot was wrapped up when I brought him in and was bleeding. I was asked for his care card number which I did not have I was then asked to pay a fee I left my wallet at home in haste. The receptionist then turn me away and said without these we cannot help you. A visibly crying 11 year old boy with a bleeding foot is turned away in British Columbia and in Canada because I did not have a card but she said she could not look up. Absolutely appalled I would never recommend this place to anyone
