Sunshine Motessori was the pioneer of Montessori in New Westminster, and a major partner in introducing Montesorri in the New Westminster district. The first year grade 1 class was housed at Sunshine Montessori.
The current location is in a commercial building on a ground floor level with lots of natural lighting! This is the ideal type of environment that you want your children to develop during this sensitive age. At Sunshine Montessori we encourage your child’s natural desire for learning. Our teacher to child ratio is 1:8, with a class size of only 15, compared to the average class size of 20. This will allow your child more one on one time with our teachers.
