The Brick

RUN AWAY! Our transaction has taken an entire yr & we are still missing pieces. We just finished a year of renos, spent 100s of 1000s. We're overdue & overbudget but this Brick has been the worst part. BOXING WEEK 2016. We need everything but delivery would be 6 months plus, they agreed. We drop $20,000 The CALLS. 4 months in harassing phone calls up to 3x/wk about delivery start. After 3 wks we stopped answering but the calls kept coming. MISSING PIECE #1. Delivery sees we're missing a piece. The reordered part doesn't come. They reorder. We are now 3 weeks past delivery date. THE OTHER MISSING PIECES. We go to finish the bed but more pieces are missing! Again reordered but haven't come. TODAY. A year from purchase date, 3 months from deliver. They just called to delay delivery of the pieces... again. ACCOUNTABILITY. The store does not give out the manager's email & Head office website has no phone numbers. Save yourself some heartache & go somewhere else.
