Gail Warning Charters

Neil was great over email but over the phone it is a whole different story. My wife and I are booking the sunshine coast and thought we should do a charter the first day. We are travelling on foot the entire time so we were hoping we could get a ride from Pow to Lund as Neil only will pick up from Lund. He said he lives in Pow so we thought why not ask if we can get a ride up if we are all heading up there anyways. Extra charge no problem we were open to a several more dollars to spend and giving the extra to him instead of a taxi or a bus. He kept changing the price between $400-$500 extra to get a ride from pow to lund which is fine if that is the extra cost. The worst is when he started becoming aggressive and rude. If it was a big deal from the beginning to catch a ride then a simple 'no' would be best. We are going with Jimmy Jack Charters instead and he was amazing on the phone. Would not recommend Neil as he does not have the best attitude.
