Absinthe Cafe Resto Bar

My best friend and I have eaten at this restaurant more times than I can remember! The atmosphere and mood of this restaurant is modern, sophisticated and earthy. Each time we dine here, we are greeted with a friendly smile and seated promptly. The menu has so many different dishes available to order. I like that our local farmers and markets are supported by the chef. He uses only local and fair trade products grown close to the restaurant. I have tried several items, but by far my favorites are the seafood trio, arugula salad with lemon dressing, and the steak frites. The flavors are amazingly paired together and I enjoy every bite of my meal. You are always given complementary bread with your meal with the most amazing homemade {expletive}. After the meal, the dessert menu is hard to choose from. Everything is made in the restaurant including the ice cream and sorbet. This restaurant serves the best creme brulee I have ever had.
