AES Express Delivery

I cannot believe a large company as this does not use receipts when picking up parcels. I specifically asked the driver for a receipt, and he told me he was just told to pick up the containers. I had a shipment of 9 containers picked up on Friday, July 14th at 3.30pm, only to be informed on Tuesday by a shipper that only 7 containers had arrived to their warehouse. Further, the driver insisted there were only 7 containers. I spent 4 days packing these goods for shipment to the UK. Then sat on a loading dock for an hour and a half (1.5hrs) waiting for this driver, who did not care about the shipment as by the way he just threw the containers onto the truck. Now I don't know what has been stolen, that's right stolen from me. I am 69 years old and this loss by this company, has left a bitter taste regarding this company and the people they hire. I have asked the storage company to verify this as there was a lady on duty that day and to verify the pick up and the count on CCTV.
