We have dealing with John since early 90's with air conditioning, gas BBQ, new furnace and water tank. Even when we were away on holidays our daughter contacted us to tell us there was no heat in the house. She contacted John early Sunday morning and when he came within the hour found out it was just the thermostat. It just goes to show John and his son are there to take care of their customers.
