Called these bozos in hope of them ordering me a range hood, as they are listed as authorized dealers on the Broan website. The guy who answered the phone said he was too busy chit chatting in the store, took down my number, and promised he'd call back. Days later and still nothing. I can't help but warn people that their customer service is pathetic, spend your money elsewhere because these guys definitely don't want it or need it.
