Swiss Chalet

Bad waitresses or waiters can ruin a meal. Period. Thankfully, we (my husband and I) had fabulous waitresses. And yes, I said waitresses. There were 3 different women that came to our table throughout the course of dinner. We both ordered the 1/2 chicken dinners and my husband had soup, I ordered the dry ribs as an appetizer (DELICIOUS!), and we shared a piece of pecan pie (which was the only negative -- it tasted store-bought, but it might be??). Total price -- $39.00. The food was hot and fresh and the portions were great. The chickens by no means were on steroids, but they were not miniature either. And I need to praise our main waitress again -- we had to catch a movie, so in a matter of 6:32 minutes, we had our meals packed up, dessert brought out in a take-out container, our bill served to us, our bill paid by us, and we were out of the restaurant. When we told her we were in a rush, she went into super mode and we made our movie. I give this experience a two-thumbs up!
