J J's Family Restaurant

Really good chinese food at exceptional prices. I lived in an apartment close by JJ`s for a couple years, and the family run restaurant was a frequent spot for me to eat, whether dining in or taking out. The young couple who run the restaurant are super friendly and always recognzie a familiar face, even if you haven`t been in a while. They offere all kinds of great fried rices and stirfries, and the bonbon`s ribs are my favorite, especially when drizzled with a little bit of fresh lemon. And I like that their fried rice is guaranteed always made fresh to order, it seems to be one of the last places in the city where you can modify a rice dish (I speak mainly in regards to eggs, as I have a good friend who loves chinese and only orders from here because he can get his fried rice without the one thing he`s allergic to). Because its in a little shopping court, parking can be a bit of a pain, but there is a parking garage in walking distance that won`t deplete your pocket before you eat.
