At 180 Bay Bar & Grill our goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for those looking to enjoy an evening out. Using a Cordon Bleu approach, our menu incorporates updated classics with multicultural aspects in order to reflect our Canadian heritage. To exhibit our approach we will be rotating monthly features from different regions of the world and culinary styles to provide new and exciting flavours. In order to ensure quality we utilize local, fresh, seasonal products to create home made comfort foods. The lounge menu has been specially designed to provide a quick meal, late night snack or decadent dessert to enhance the overall experience of our customers enjoying the downtown experience. In short we will provide new and exciting culinary experiences based on homemade cooking using local and seasonal products.
