Northside Toyota Limited

I bought my vehicle from Northside in 2007, & have had nothing but great service from this location. I dont currently live in the sault saint matie area, so mostly my servicing is being done from another toyota dealership. A year after I bought the vehicle I was going to the sault, and I needed to have my vehicle serviced, so I though I would have it done there. When I walked in the door, the sales associate who sold me my vehicle, came up to me and said "hello melissa, how are you doing? Hows the vehicle been treating you?" I couldnt believe it , I was shocked, a year later he still knew me by name, after meeting me once. A while after this I needed a repair done.I called the dealership close to home, and they where no help they woudlnt give me the time of day to answer my questions. I called Northside and they answered every question I had. Even though they knew I was too far to get the repair done there, they still took the time to help me the best they could. Northside goes above and beyond. Thank you
