Fred Guy Moving & Storage Limited

The Fred Guy drivers were very rude and uncooperative. On Jan 16 at around 14:10PM, they were making delivery next door. I asked them to please move the truck but they asked me to wait till the delivery is completed. When i explained that I was late to pick up my kids and would appreciated if they could move the truck then complete the delivery, the young man who identified himself as the driver rudely answered that I should have planned to leave early. I then waited 10 minutes for them to move and was late for my kids' pickup. I reported the incident to the city of Ottawa bylaw office and they opened an incident report and sent a bylaw officer, but he probably arrived after they left.
