Started in 1994, Sans Souci is Belleville's only full-time off-premise caterer, serving anything from large banquets to office luncheon deliveries, and intimate in-home dinners and cocktail parties to grand openings and weddings. The chef can work with any type of food that you like, from simple barbecue to fancy French, Italian, Japanese, or Indian cuisine. One thing remains the same, regardless of the menu: Sans Souci always uses the best, freshest ingredients available. This is a full-service catering company, which means they can come in and set up, plan and serve for the whole affair, or just deliver the food.
