Needed to change from land line to magic jacks I call the owner and he said no problem will go and change it for you,will call you next week, never heard from them, 2weeks later I call the owner and ask when would he come he said "It's not worth it to go down just for that (20 min. drive) so when we are in your area I will call you. 2 weeks when by still no call..I call the office again the secretary told me the owner is in my area and maybe he can go. The owner called me and said I didn't think your job was a big rush , it wasn't but 4weeks later still you never called. Now he's in my area and still never call , he's excuse " I don't have a jack whit me, maybe you should of brought one with you. Excuse I don't do installation.Service very louzy Always full of excuses Poor management
