I have been coming here for over 15 months and i still thoroughly enjoy it. The warrior fitness is a great workout and different each time. sometimes more focused on legs, other times more on abs, you really get a good all around workout. The class that follows after the warrior fitness learns you more about the different techniques, some harder than others but great to learn and execute. The instructors are all great and it really gives you a family feel. Since you are always in a group and also partner up with someone there is always motivation around you so never give up! There are people working out here that are in different stages but no one needs to feel intimidated, it truly is one big family and we help each other. It is a great feeling that I can now help others explaining the different techniques but I still have a lot to learn! I really recommend this for any age and it really does not matter if you are not the fittest person, I was not and I have come a long way!
