Located in Napanee, Ontario, Flowers by Barbara offers a large selection of fresh flowers and creates a wide variety of floral arrangements to suit any occasion. We have green and flowering plants, planter containers, fruit/candy/chocolate and gift baskets, gifts, greeting cards, helium balloons, plush stuffed animals, Christian books, silk and botanical arrangements. We design all types of floral arrangements giving you full input into its contents or you can leave it up to our experienced florist professionals to design. We are positive that you won't be disappointed!

I have only ever had one experience with Flowers by Barbara and I can honestly say they feel bad if something goes wrong with an order. We purchased a bouquet for our mothers birthday, and they forgot the teddy bear. When they were called and advised that it was not with the order when delivered, they came out with a rose bowl with a rose in fresh water, an appology card and the teddy bear. Now thats what I call customer service, when they go out of their way to deliver, then when they screw up they go out of their way to make an extra special delivery, and an appology worth waiting for :) I would highly reccomend Flowers by Barbara for their world class customer service.
